I do not have enough words to convey my total satisfaction. From the moment I walked into this business, I was treated with courtesy and respect. Best customer service you will ever receive. Had eye exam and two pair of glasses in less than two hours. If you need glasses this is the place for you. Simply amazing!!!

Tried calling the Alexandria, LA facility to assist with getting a pair of new glasses and the CSR was RUDE and disconnected the call. She did not want to have to call the Monroe,LA location to get the prescription for my son and in midst of the conversation she heavily sighed and just hung up. Very disrespectful and terrible customer service.
