Smooth and easy process. I purchased a pair of glasses with progressive lenses. They were ready for me to pick up in less than 2 weeks. I was really impressed with the knowledge of the customer service representative that helped me when I bought them. Picking them up was a breeze, as well.

They keep saying they are closed.... but they say they are opened.....does anyone know if they just shut down

I took a pair of glasses in to have them fixed for warranty. I was also going to have the lenses upgraded but unfortunately I didn’t have the money at that time to do it so I called in the next day to just have glasses replaced with the same lenses . So I called in today to see why my glasses have not been replaced yet spoke to manager who was rude and was basically saying that she didn’t have any answers for me. So I guess basically I paid for two pairs of glasses and only got one. I would advise everyone to not go here. Manger was very rude and even accused me of lying seriously don’t go here

Great experience. I started with an Appt with the optometrist. The Doctor was easy to talk to, the techs were knowledgeable and down to earth. I then moved to Eye Mart and chose my glasses, it was fairly busy but the wait wasn’t as long as I expected with the volume. The girl that worked with me was very sweet and helpful. I will definitely be back.

Fast and easy! Fair prices! Victoria helped us out and she was amazing! I will definitely be coming back again!
