Your service person was excellent. She got us the best deal and expedited our visit professionally. Our glasses were completed quickly and we chose to pick them up the next day. On our pick up visit we signed in and had to wait 90 minutes to pick up our finished and paid for glasses. Not acceptable! There was no counter person and so we had to wait while your staff processed new purchases. There is definitely a flaw in your system. When I got my glasses, there was a flaw in a lens so I had to wait for my glasses another hour. I returned a third time and signed in again but this time I did not wait. I approached a service person who helped me. There was no express for me.

Only had pick up and still waited over an hr.Hire someone at a lower hr rate to just do pickups.Otherwise would have been five star.

Went in picked a pair of glasses out , they were ready in 46 minutes.
