Excellent experience. Dr. Bagelman and his staff Ms. Whitley went out of her way to help husband and I with our eyeglass purchase. Top notch!

Made an appointment online then called a few days later to confirm, they asked if my name was James which it is didn't bother to ask a last name told me yes at 240 and hurried me off the phone. Showed up with my daughter who I called out of school early and took a short day my self and got there early they asked if I was James I said yes, they didn't bother again to ask a last sat there for 20 mins 240 comes and another man walks in and says he here for a 240 appt the lady at the desk had a deer in headlights look and then proceeded to ask me my last name I told her and she says well we don't have your appointment, and said we can't have 2 240 appointments no sorry or anything. Terrible customer service and I brought my business to All About Eyes which they were very nice and confirming.

I really like my glasses the Dr is awesome the lady that helped me pick out my glasses was amazing when I went to pick up my glasses the lady that helped me was not friendly like the other people I needed some adjustments still do but I don’t think she liked helping me very much made me feel like I was taking up time

My husband is wheelchair and bed bound. They agreed to take him first and they went as fast as they could to get him done. He was very uncomfortable in his wheelchair so his cairgiver had to come and get him and take him home to lay him down. But love his glasses.

I had an amazing experience here! Scheduling my appointment was easy, having the option to do the paperwork online sped up the process significantly, they were on time for my appointment, Dr. Balgemann was incredibly knowledgeable, informative, & kind, the woman who helped me purchase my glasses was also very kind, & my glasses were ready in less than 1 hour (+ I found the cutest most perfect pairs). I can’t speak more highly of my experience. I definitely recommend this place for your eyeglasses needs.

Been coming here for over 10 years. Dr Bagleman is so thorough with the eye exam. He is a great communicator and performs exam with accuracy and efficiency. The always friendly staff is helpful and offer useful feedback on style, fit, and practicality when selecting frames. They explain pricing in a straight forward non confusing way. The prices are phenomenal and best in town. The only disappointment was receiving a text that my glasses were ready for pickup, but were not when I arrived a day later. I was told they were still working on tint for sunglasses. When my glasses were ready 15 min later the custom tint was perfect. The lab tech did a phenomenal job of tinting the sunglasses EXACTLY the way I asked. It’s not customer focused to tell people glasses are ready when they aren’t. Maybe this is a corporate procedure that the store has no control over, if so Corporate hear me out: change this. Otherwise always very satisfied.
