I'm so impressed, me and my husband went in after a bad experience somewhere else and Allison was so helpful and understanding with our situation. We were able to get him glasses and he was even able to go back in and update his prescription and get his glasses later on that day! I'm so happy for the lovely service and for the warranty eyemart express offers.

Highly recommend the Farmers Branch location. Dora was amazing to work with and helped me choose two pair of glasses that I had in less than 24 hours. They have a huge product selection and the progressive lenses they put me in have been great! I will definitely be back!

Great selection, great service. My only complaint is the lack of same day service. As a long-time customer, I'm used to getting the glasses the same day, usually no more than a couple of hours later, and this location doesn't offer it.
