Very polite, friendly and professional. Only waited a day for the eye exam, then got my glasses made within 30 minutes of leaving the store, very prompt and amazing work!

Valerie was super helpful and patient when it came to helping me find the perfect frame. I ended up finding two, they had my lenses in stock and were ready the same day for pick up. I appreciated the quality of service, selection and speed they were able to fulfill my prescription. They also were much cheaper than the other places I had looked. I will definitely be returning.

They had my lenses in stock and where able to get me my glasses the same day. The employees were friendly and answered my questions, even gave me advice about progressive lenses. I paid quite a bit less then I was quoted and they were the cheapest quote I'd gotten in Grand Junction. The biggest downside is their selection of frames in the less expensive range isn't very many and no real variety.

The lady who assisted me was amazing. However the store closes at 6 and website says 7. Also the reason I chose eyemart Express was bc I needed same day. However, I needed a specific coating that optometrist recommended and has to wait two weeks to get my glasses. I will be reaching back out bc once I got my prescription glasses they are still blurry even though I paid extra for the special coating for clarity.

0/5 Starts but it makes you at least give one 🤣... My mother sat for 2 hours waiting for her glasses, that we pre paid for on 3/3/25. After the first hour she was told that they didn't make a ticket for her glasses so she would be another hour. After the second hour she's told that she will have to come back tomorrow, tomorrow being 3/5/25. She's isn't 80 but she is elderly and I do NOT appreciate the way she's been treated here. After this round we WILL NOT RETURN. They better be ready when she's told they will be on the 5th or I'm going above and beyond their heads.
