Very helpful in picking out frames, glasses were ready in 7 -10 days as promised. You get glasses and a case only. No eye glass cleaner or cloth.

If you don't speak English, don't waste your time, even if you have an interpreter over the phone, they deny you services, when at no time does it say if you don't know English, don't make an appointment, and they even send you a bill because at the time of the appointment the secretary told her if you don't have an interpreter, we can't assist you, when the interpreter was there he was on the phone, when he was there, punctually for his appointment and went and they didn't give him services, it wasn't because he called and cancelled it, they cancelled it because he wanted an interpreter in person when everywhere else if there is no interpreter, they use the phone.

I was seen at the office recently and the ladies in the Eyemart store are just so sweet & so informative ! I love coming here because they make the process of buying glasses seamless ! Glasses where ready within 2 hours and I was on my way !

Very helpful and non rushed in finding frames within my budget. Two pair of glasses done in an hour and no hidden fees. Great all around experience. No reason to go elsewhere.
