Eyemart Express was amazing...much better than my experiences at Dean and UW eye centers. All staff was friendly, kind and knowledgeable, from making the appointment, checking in, being seen by the doctor, ordering glasses, and picking up. I don't usually post reviews, but I highly recommend Eyemart Express, East Madison, WI.

Been using this company for years. Usually a fast service, this time not so much. Ordered glasses for myself, and contacts for my wife. My glasses were shipped in with the wrong proscription, leaving me waiting two weeks for the correct lenses. Promise date need not apply. My wife’s contacts didn’t show up on time either, I may just use them for eye exams and order online in the future.
