I really liked seeing Dr. Tassler last time I was here and when I scheduled my appointment, I was under the impression that I would still be seeing her. This time, however, I was disappointed to learn I would be having an in-office telehealth appointment. This is nothing on the tech, she was great and friendly! But it seems that she's the only person working in the optometrist section, so if the phone rings while she's doing something else, she can't go get it. Now, I'm trying to get a hold of the office to send me a copy of my prescription and no one will answer the phone. There isn't even a way to leave a voicemail. I do not want to have to physically go to the store every time I need help. Very disappointed, will probably not return here for my next eye exam.
