Absolutely amazing experience at EyeMart Express in Midland! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with professionalism, kindness, and efficiency — all thanks to the incredible Marquita D. Despite being completely swamped with customers, Marquita never missed a beat. She juggled multiple people at once but somehow still made us feel like we were the only ones in the store. Her attention to detail, patience, and genuine care stood out. She not only handled us promptly, but she went the extra mile to personally investigate our insurance and make sure we got the best possible deal. It’s rare to see someone so composed and competent under pressure — and even rarer to feel that kind of personal service in such a busy setting. Marquita is a total rockstar, and EyeMart Express is lucky to have her! We will absolutely be returning and recommending this location to everyone we know. I do not know her name but I believe she is the manager. She helped several people while taking care of me and was on top of every situation. She helped give me the best price for what I needed. I appreciate all her hard work and knowing everything like the back of her hand. She's amazing!!
