Manager with no customer service Scruples. Took my frame in to put lenses, went back and forth between the front desk and then back tracked and said he couldn't put lenses in my frames. The folks up front are awesome people very considerate manager not so.

Elaine was PHENOMINAL in assisting me find the right glasses for the right price. She showed me all my options and explained the benefits of each, but wasn't pushy about it. I'll be back when it's time for my next set of glasses.
