This was my first trip to Eyemart Express and it was absolutely amazing! I knew what frame I wanted as I had found one at my Opthalmologist office after my exam. They had in stock at their store, so I stopped in around 10am. Found the frames, tried them on again to be sure they were what I wanted. They do have many options in their store, many different price ranges and the staff were all very helpful. I sat down to start my order and when everything was finalized with my insurance benefits and order needs; we went over the cost. I was so pleased to know they were able to do my progressive lenses that day and that I also was able to get a free second pair (readers or distance choices) of glasses! I picked out my second pair frames from a designated area for the free pair (I chose readers). They placed the order, I paid and was told it may take 3 hours before they were finished and I would receive a text when they were ready to be picked up. I got a notification within 1.5 hours roughly that BOTH were ready to be picked up! WOW that was fast! Picked them up and didn't have any adjustments needed and so happy to be able to see again without struggle! Thank you!!! This store was absolutely amazing, efficient and friendly. I highly recommend to anyone wanting to save money on their eyeglass purchases. The Opthalmologist office will charge DOUBLE compared to what you can receive here, AND as a bonus I received a second pair of reader glasses that have my actual prescription in the lenses! They take MANY insurances, so I would recommend checking them out if you haven't yet. I loved the fact I didn't have to wait weeks to receive my glasses, it was a mere few hours from start to pick up! I wear progressive lenses with transitions, so I did not expect them to be able to complete same day, let alone in less than two hours! Great service and I will be back again!

The staff at eyemart express were extremely helpful and professional. I’m from out of state working here in Ohio and needed a pair of safety glasses. Most Eyemart Express are connected through a database which made it convenient to look up my prescription on their computer. I picked out a frame and had my glasses ready the same day. Eyemart Express has awesome deals and affordable prices they have been a great choice For someone like me who travels all over the country.

Previous eye clinic wanted $333.00 just for lenses in my frames 7-10 days wait. Eyemart recommended by my niece so I went Saturday 04/05 at 12:30 walked out with (2) pair of glasses at 2:30 for $229.00, now at 2:00 the technician said I'd get a text in an hour saying glasses were ready at 2:26 I got a text saying glasses were ready for pick up. Never in 60 yrs of wearing glasses have I ever gotten glasses the same day let alone glasses in 26 minutes, absolutely incredible. Never going any place again my next eye appointment will be with their optometrist. SATIFIED FOR LIFE.

I have been going to this EyeMart Express for over 10 years. I love their customer service. I love the way they treat people. I just got two pair of glasses for 39 bucks. They're perfect. I had very poor vision for several years and they were able to fill my very complicated prescriptions right on the money first time. They're just really nice people there and they know what they're doing.

First time in the store. I had a new pair of Polarized, No Line Bifocal sunglasses in 28 minutes!
