I was refused service to get my prescription changed but they just Allowed my husband to get 2 pairs. I found better service from a much better respectable company that is local. I will never go back to to eyemart where they screw up my prescriptions and blame it on me. Really crazy place. At least the places I have gone to haven't screwed up my prescriptions and even educated me on why eyemart screwed up. Same day service is the wrong decision I have ever made. Taking the time on anything comes out with perfection. I am pleased with that. The optical center I go to has made sure my glasses are the correct frame size for my face where eyemart never does that you pick them out and they fill it and you could go home with the wrong size frames. They have never mentioned it once to me. So disappointing. I lost a lot of money with them having to go to the other place to get my glasses replaced. DONT WORRY I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO EYEMART.

I will no longer use this place. They refused to help my wife because they couldn't get a simple prescription done properly and now they don't want to help her. So I will use Stanton, at least their more professional in their working with their customers
