I went in after I experienced a fatal mishap with my glasses. The only reason they couldn’t do them because the tech was off, but promised them for the next day. Notified me the next day and they were perfect! Customer Service at its finest! Thanks Eyemart Express❣️

Eyemart Express in Trussville did wonderful. They gave me confidence in onsite eye glasses prescription companies again. Iv ordered online for several years because of sky high prices for glasses. I got 2 pair of glasses with 1 yr warranty and scratch resistant coating under $70! The experience was fast, professional and they made my glasses in under an hour. Even the Optometrist was super amazing! All this wonderfulness happened on a Tuesday! I don’t know about other Eyemart locations; but this one here is on point!

We walk in on a Wednesday morning immediately we were greeted by Kimberly she displayed excellent customer service 👏 I came in for 1 pair she told me about the great deal buy 1 frame and get another 59.99 this was a great deal I have paid 300.00 for 1 and I got 2 for just under 200.00 I was very happy I will return and definitely recommend to others great customer service is hard to find these days and she exhibits this great service and when I picked up the glasses 2 ladies working immediately greeted me and was glad to help we even joked a bit I love that type of service Keep up the great work ladies and Thank You my daughter loves her glasses
