I have not had an eye exam in years and I'm glad I choose Eyemart Express to take care of my needs. The Dr. did a great job and the ladies in the glasses area were also great assisting with picking frames and making sure that everything was good to go. I ended up getting 4 pairs instead of only two only because I think it was best for my needs. Thank you to the Dr. staff and the staff that work in the glasses and lens areas. Great job. I will recommend to friends that may need eyewear in the future. Very happy with the service and my new eyewear.

The Staff there is friendly and willing to help anyone who walks in.I have never had a problem out of anyone there.

Fantastic experience from start to finish at the Airport location. Very professional. The entire staff was exceptional. Dr Franklin was very informative and I was very pleased with my exam. My glasses were done in less than an hour. This was my best experience in an eye exam and glasses. I love the environment in the office. Highly recommend.

I love all of the staff but Amber is always the best helping me and my kids with our glasses! Dr. Franklin is always very thorough, never makes us wait, and is just the absolute sweetest!

Wow, just wow ! Of all the positive experience this place provides, I had to be the loner who got ripped off & really angry with their service, their on-line order system, & their glasses (not 1, not 2, but 3pair !). I'm sorry I ever shopped there, & probably will never spend a dime of my money with them again. Beware of using them if you are newly relocated with a new employer & are required to work 8am-6pm daily while in transition from one house 400 miles away to another house. All their services clashed or didn't live up to their promises when I tried to work with them. The result was problem on top of problems on top of issues. Never received my glasses I initially ordered on-line for over 3 months, instead of refund I asked for.

Great price, lens, testing was fast and so was getting the finished pair. Everyone was so nice and welcoming, we’re definitely coming back for future eyewear and checkups!

I was pleased it took less than an hour to make my glasses. But I wear bifocals, and never have I had any lens that wasn't blended well but these from Eyemart are extremely noticeable and almost distract my vision because of the line of separation. Also when covered by my insurance , my insurance paid everything including tax but I had to pay the tax here, which I questioned with no satisfactory explanation, a very high tax, like 10% ? Does that sound right to anyone in Alabama? One more thing is provider's usually know what insurance pays for or not, informing me prior to the making of whether the insurance plan will cover it so I stray from out of pocket the best I can. At check out, it seem the insurance covered everything cause nothing came back as not covered so I'm satisfied but will not get my glasses from Eyemart again.
