After nearly 10 years of purchasing glasses in your location. I had the worst customer service ever today. Being short staffed is one thing but to leave a customer waiting to purchase new glasses for over 45 minutes and not ever calling my name, then when I walked to the front I saw my name as well as others after me crossed off. Is extremely poor service. When I mentioned it was ridiculous that no one had called my name but it was crossed off. I didn’t even get an apology before leaving. I will not be back. Dr. Gowen is the best eye doctor I’ve ever had. Do better! If I could give you zero stars I would!

I bought some glasses from here a few months back and since the first week the lens in my readers fell out. I placed it back in and two additional times it fell out and today I don't know where the lens fell out at but was informed that I need to pay for another pair even though the lens fell out the first time the week I purchased them. I will not spend another dime in this business.
