Great service and very easy and not a lot of pressure to rush the eye glass shopping process or not pressure to purchase the more expensive lenses

My first time here and would go back again. Clean store and exam room. The ladies at the front desk were friendly. Dr. Semrow was very knowledgeable and nice. The eyeglass are was nice and helpful. I got my glasses the same day which was nice. I’d definitely recommend coming here for all your eye needs.

The experiences I have encountered at the Ankeny store goes beyond 5 stars. I purchased glasses there for not only myself but also my wife and daughter. Each time we dealt with Mary and her customer service was outstanding. She goes out of her way to may sure you understand what you are getting. Her friendly attitude makes you feel right at home in the store and she takes all the time needed to make sure you understand what you are buying. She treats you as a person and not just a customer. Since our experience I refer everyone to Vision4Less and specifically Mary at the Ankeny store. I have found the glasses to be of high quality and able to withstand the hard use I put them through as a contractor.

Very friendly staff and super nice! They Definitely helped me out big time.

When I went to pick up my son’s glasses I was told that they couldn’t find the order. I was also told that there was nothing they could do since I didn’t have the receipt even though I showed them I was there a week prior with a text confirming glasses were ready to pick up. The gentleman that stepped in to “help” was rude and lacks proper customer service skills. After searching through emails I was able to find the receipt with the order number on it. I was then told that the order was under the incorrect name and that’s why they couldn’t find it. Which means that there’s a possibility that the wrong insurance was billed. Between myself and my husband, we spent around $600 out of pocket two weeks prior and really don’t appreciate how I was treated. I will not be bringing my business back to this location.

Unfortunately I didn’t get the gals name darn it but she was extremely helpful and did a great job explaining everything and got us the best deal!
