Great service. Always quick. Usually have a good selection of frames, and most of the time are ready same day if not within the hour! Will countuine to shop here!

The eye doctor’s office this place is connected to is top notch. However buying the actual glasses is hot or miss depending on who you get. We had Katie she did the insurance and numbers ok but as far as helping find a frame that fit wasn’t happening. I asked after we spent 20mins trying some on that I thought for and she okayed them but nobody offered any assistance until we were ready to purchase them. However we got 2 pairs once was done in 7 minutes and the other in 11minuets. So extremely fast.

My kiddo has severe astigmatism and his only pair of glasses broke over the weekend. He is thankfully religious about wearing them, but he genuinely cannot focus his eyes on anything without burning, watering, and triggering a migraine. We went to four different stores/providers desperately trying to get replacement glasses so he could go to school. We found Eyemart Express by another office, who wasn’t going to be able to help us until Saturday because his prescription is so high. Immediately upon entering we were greeted, helped, and told they could have not 1, but 2 pairs *same day*!!! I about cried from relief. My kiddo picked out two adorable pairs of glasses, and they were done in less than two hours. We utilized the buy one get one free promo, and we got the warranty, all for $200. The warranty is unlike i’ve ever seen as well, and so long as i have bits of glasses to bring in, no matter what (outside of completely losing them) they’ll replace them. And it can carry over to our next set if we don’t use it. They even gave me a school note so the half day wasnt counted against him. The staff were attentive, kind, quick, and helpful. This is truly a gem for Evansville. Thank yall for saving our week!

Shame on me for failing to recall the names of these lovely folks... we encountered no less than 4 or 5 people during our (my son and I) 2 or 3 visit experience and each was as fantastic as the one prior! Great staff and it's obvious they have a "clear vision" (yep, i did it) of great customer service!
