I found Eyemart Express to be very affordable, and customer service was very helpful in choosing the right glasses for me.

Eyemart in Fairbanks is like railroad to 1800s west, sliced bread and the Orville boys inventing flight? Everybody come.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The overall service was faster than I imagined.

New prescription and new glasses, all in the same day!

Price was right.. brought my own glasses in and I picked out the highest quality lenses to be put in. The “highest quality” lenses literally scratched up so easily not even a week after having them just from them dropping. I’m super disappointed with the cheap quality of lenses. I’ll take my business to a real lense crafters.

I struggled with my old broken glasses 40 minutes later walk out with a new view of the world. Great prices. Wonderful staff.

Took my two children there to get there glasses the lady helping us went out of her way to make sure we were happy with our selection I’ll definitely be going back here!

I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but if I could give no stars that would be more fitting. One of the worst experiences I’ve had dealing with front desk alone. I’ve tried contacting the office for over a week about my appointment but they don’t return my calls, or answer the phones. I tried calling the other contact numbers and no luck. Waste of my time! What a joke. I’ll take my money and service elsewhere.
