Kurt was extremely helpful from the minute I walked in. He helped me pick out frames and get the most bang for my buck which I greatly appreciated! I will be back!!

Wonderful customer service

Yesterday, I went in to this location for my daughter to get glasses! I knew they would be able to make them same day & I was in need since she had broken her only pair & can not attend school without them. Kiya, warmly, greeted us in & asked up what we needed. She allowed my daughter & me to browse while she entered our information in the system. We had a hiccup with my insurance, VSP, & she was patient & kind enough to allow me to make a couple of calls. Even after all of that, after going over the price of our chosen frames, we both thought the total was rather expensive for it to be with insurance. She informed me that I would get a better price & deal if I purchased them without our VSP attached. Ms Kiya had my total down to almost HALF after letting me know about promotions & coupons offered towards my purchase being that it was our first purchase ever from them! We will be back every year!!!! Thank you, Kiya !!!
