Needed help with some glasses the two lady’s in front were so rude and yelling when they were talking to you. Super unprofessional and not helpful at all do not recommend !!

Decent place to go get some last minute glasses in case of emergency, but you do have to have your prescription. Sadly, they don't have the capability of doing special lenses same day such as stigmatism or anti glare and such. My prescription is really bad and was able to get at least a general pair of glasses so I can somewhat see without the stigmatism stuff after breaking my glasses. Also ordered another backup pair that was shipped to me and should get them soon with all the special lenses stuff. Reasonable pricing too. I would recommend.

I have been going to eyemart express for over 5yrs. I used to go to the midland location until employees changed and management change and everyone was so rude. I came to the one in odessa and they were so very sweet. I have gotten Nikes for well over 15 years. Never had an issue with the lenses cracking until my last pair and this pair. Called to get them replaced via warranty. Employee had an attitude. She said she would have to take them and then order replacements. Ma'am I need my glasses to see. I do have spares but I do not have them with me. I might end my service with eyemart. Employees need to be nice to customers and not stick up their butt. What is the point of warranty if it isnt to replace dmaged, scratched, cracked..etc. problems with thr glasses? This is ridiculous.I went to the midland location for over 5yrs without a problem and just started going to the odessa location around mid this year 2024. I do not know what changed at the odessa location. It is getting out of hand. In what world does an eye glass store take your glasses to keep when you need glasses to wear in everyday all day waking life? Im disappointed. Maybe it was just the one employee I spoke with but for almost half the year I had great service until recently. I do not know what changed. Im wondering if there is a new employee cutting lenses. For all the years I have had the same brand and same glass frames and same exact concept, never had an issue with them cracking in over 15yrs with the brand. My last pair lenses cracked. This pair cracked. My daughters glasses lenses were cut too small and lenses kept popping out and had to get them replaced. Things happen. Maybe faulty lenses on all the glasses, I have no idea. Employees and management could still treat cuetomers with respect. I have never had an issue ordering replacement glasses warranty without coming in first. In over 5yrs I have been with eyemart. Why should I have to waste gas and take time off from work for them to look at them first before ordering them. I have always returned the broken pair. Thats 2 trips. I could just make 1 trip. Making it harder than it needs to be. I will probably be changing where I go after warranty is up on my glasses. The glasses I get are expensive. Warranty is there for a reason for replacement of problems with the frames and lenses.
