They are very efficient in getting thr glasses done. We had one pair out of four that wasn't right. They made a new pair immediately and it was correct. We have several pairs of glasses made here and I highly recommend.

Update: the wait time for the upgraded lenses was 4 days, not 2 weeks!. Isaias was excellent, my only issue is that the good lenses are not in stock and you have to wait 2 weeks to get them. If you're going to upsell to the good stuff you need to have it in stock.

I got 2 pairs of glasses for single vision without any of the bells and whistles for $40 bucks! The person who helped me was very kind and wearing the same pants I have. I thought that was pretty cool! She was helpful and knowledgeable in helping me get my prescription sent over. Then the glasses were ready in less than an hour!
