I took my 2 preteens in to get eye exams. 1 of my children is autistic and has a speech issue. Audrey Lu was so kind and patient and listened closely to understand. She made sure we understood what she told us and she really seemed like she enjoyed what she does. Love finding people who do a job well and happily. Thank you for your services. Given wrong info over the phone. Had a contact rip at work and was unable to get more contacts. Called here and was told that if I put in an online order and select local pickup, it’d be done in an hour and I could pick up same day at whatever location was closest to my address. Not true. LOL. It takes 3 hours for the online orders to be processed. So. Since I put the order in at 2:30… what I should have done was physically gone into the store and THEN I would’ve been able to get glasses. Now, I have to wait till Monday. Which means I need to call out of work tomorrow and Monday morning. Immensely frustrating that I was told to do it online when I specifically asked “should I come in or do it online or.. how do I get them ASAP?” The urgency of the situation due to my unpreparedness in life was and is MY fault, obviously, BUTTTT I clearly expressed this urgency and was given the least urgent avenue to take. I hate my life. #blindfortheweekend
