Excellent customer service.

Called and the appointment was at 215 seen at 210 . Eye exam and glasses are perfect .was done in 33 minutes fit like a glove and see like a hawk now .people there was awesome kind and funny even laughed at my joke . Great experience ..check them out old or young there's some the jing for everyone and every budget .

Customer service is a joke!! You wait for 30 to 45 minutes and you're the only customer there. Also a customer service technician helped me today but acted like she didn't want to do her job. She made snide remarks about having to adjust my glasses numerous times. I kept telling her they were crooked and she said, "you want me to tighten them again!" It was the way that she said it. I paid right at $400 for 2 pair of glasses and i wanted to make sure that I was satisfied when I walked out the door. She just wouldn't listen to me and acted like I was being unreasonable by asking her to keep adjusting them. Get better customer service technicians if you want people to come there.

This is the second year we have purchased glasses from Eyemart. The staff has always been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They ran my insurance versus the discount they offered and were able to save me money.

Corrie was very kind and helpful. Had everything there to fix my new glasses and did it in less than 1 hour
