My experience with vision for less was awesome in and out got my new glasses and their staff—incredible

Had a horrible experience, first time in 13 years of coming here! I went in to get new frames because I wear eye glasses full time and DARYA S helped me and she does not have anything kind to say when I was literally giving her no trouble at all. She was unprofessional and rude. I went and spoke to the gentleman manager who was so kind and DARYA S came up and listened to what I was saying and laughed like it was funny. I was being severely mistreated by DARYA S and she thought it was funny to be unkind and disrespectful. I then called corporate to complain and hopefully not have that kind of service when I pay to get glasses and corporate said I would get a call and I never did, no one ever followed up with me. That’s speaks volumes to be honest.

This was the first time I had been there. Loved the huge selection of frames. The young lady that helped us was very professional and knowledgeable. Also was very surprised and happy on how quick the glasses were ready

Today 2/11 upon arrival the ladies in the front were very helpful and kind. They made checking in very easy. The eye doctor on the other hand Wayne Vanderleest was very impatient and rude. Made the experience that could have been a 5/5 a 3/5. Would expect better patience from a professional. Not sure if it was just a bad day, but the snarky attitude was not needed.

Great service and wide selection of frames for everyone in your family. Unbeatable prices even for designer frames. The staff are very nice and professional. Always very helpful. My glasses are always ready on time and they make sure you're happy with them before you leave. I've used them many times. Always satisfied with their service. Highly recommend.

Very helpful and attentive in getting me my glasses.

Went in today with my 2 subscriptions and was treated great. Sarah worked with me and explained what my insurance would and wouldn't cover. Was in and out in roughly a half hour and can expect my non-traditional lenses to be ready within a few days. Great place to visit if you are in need of friendly/helpful people to get you seeing straight again...
