Denise was so lovely to work with! She gave me time to look at all the glasses and when I finally made my picks she compliment them. She also did an amazing job at explaining everything to me and breaking down the terms so I could understand what I was about to be paying for! My glasses where ready in under an hour and I love the pair of sunglasses I picked out, they look sooo cute!!

It was amazing from start to finish. 2 pair in under an hour, and they are better then I could have hoped for. They have all my family's business going forward.

They really need to get people that speak better English. This is the same place I've went for the last few years an it even says on their website they accept my insurance but the women that barely speaks English keeps telling me she didn't know an they don't accept it but she didn't know for sure. I called the one in grove city an they said they accept it an so should the one in hilliard that it made no sense why they would tell me that.

Had a great experience at EyeMart Express today. Kara was a big help in finding new glasses. She and another associate both took the time to give me feedback on various pairs. Kara held a pair of glasses for me before I even walked in...I had called ahead. Anyway she was a huge help and gave me a great deal. Highly recommend... very friendly and helpful.. they have a lot of styles too!
