Jeff was great. Glasses are great, fast turn around. My only issue is, my glasses should have came with a case, and I got a sleeve! Overall they did very well

Got me in the same day. Exam was quick and easy. Optometrist was friendly. The patience the assistant showed while teaching me how to put in contacts was very helpful. Glasses were made quickly and the selection of frames is unmatched.

They need to be better organized. I went there to pick up glasses and they put my name on a ‘list’. They had all their workers helping people order glasses. No one was helping people pick up. In order to pick up your glasses you may have to wait 5+ people to look at, try on, order glasses. It’s very unfair to make customers wait that long just to be handed their glasses that are sitting on the counter!!!

The frame selection was decent and my glasses were ready in less than a week. This was my first time getting glasses here. I got a Nike frame and all the bells and whistles that come on lenses. You would think that after spending $400, that was after insurance. They would give me the cloth that comes with the frame and clean the sticker glue off the frame. First and last time getting glasses here

My glasses were reasonably priced. The quality was great. Customer Service was very good. It was a positive experience. This was my first time at Eyemart Express and I'll be back!
