Who Qualifies for Military Discount Eyewear?

Any individual who is currently or previously affiliated with the military qualifies for our military discount — specifically if you fall under any of these categories:

Non-active members
Retirees
Veterans
Dependents

To apply your discount for yourself or your family members, you must present a valid military ID in an Eyemart Express at the time of purchase. Valid IDs include your military, DD214 or state-issued card. For dependents, the individual with the military ID you are using must be present at the time of your purchase.

Can My Military Discount Be Used on Local Store Eye Exams and Contact Lenses?

The military discount applies only to optical eyewear and sunglasses.

Can I Combine My Military Discount With Insurance?

In most cases, the military discount can’t be used with insurance. However, our everyday prices are as good — even better! — than with insurance. Your local store associate can help you determine the most cost-effective way to purchase eyewear.

Can I Receive the Military Discount Without My ID?

A valid ID card must be presented at the time of purchase to receive this discount.

Does My Military Discount Extend to My Family?

Yes! All military dependents with a valid military dependent ID card are eligible. Just have the qualifying military member make any purchases, and the discount will be applied to the total.
