What does 100% Value Guaranteed Mean?

Think of this as a reward for taking care of your glasses. It is a risk-free way to enjoy the peace-of-mind a warranty provides, even if you never make a claim. Near the end of the warranty period, we will issue you a voucher*** for the full purchase price of ExpressCare+ to be used towards a new pair.

How will I be refunded if I don’t use the warranty?

The amount you get back will be sent to the email address you used at time of purchase in the form of a reward voucher for the warranty amount paid during your original purchase.

Can I use more than one warranty reward voucher on a single (1) pair purchase?

No, there is a limit of one voucher per complete pair however you can purchase multiple pairs again and use multiple vouchers in the same transaction.

Can I combine the warranty voucher with another offer or discount on my new pair?

Yes, the voucher can be used with other promotional discounts and is valid for 3 months from time of receipt.

Are lost or stolen glasses included in these warranties?

Sadly, no. No warranty protects against lost or stolen glasses.

When does my warranty expire?

All of our warranties expire 365 days after you purchase your glasses.

Do I need to make an appointment for warranty-covered repairs?

Not at all! We believe in hassle-free (and that includes no hassling with appointments).
