The girl that helped me to pick out my glasses was really helpful and nice. The service from the lab was not good.. It took 14 days to get my glasses. My husband was got some at the same time and his were done 5 days soon. You advertise one hour glasses not 14 days. I have coming to eye mart for over 20 years. This Is the worst they have every did. I will be looking for a new place to have my glasses done.

They were a true blessing with helping us get my daughter’s glasses. We had issues with insurance and they helped in every way possible to get us out of the door that day with her glasses. Forever thankful for them.

Went in for an exam. Was pretty quick. The optometrist is nice. He took time to answer my questions. I love the website because I was able to go on and look at the inventory prior to my appointment. That saved on time selecting my frames as I was able to go over and find the ones I wanted to get right away. The ladies were very helpful with getting the order set up and explaining the different lense technologies. They said it would be an hour for the glasses and they were done in not even 40 minutes. So happy with my new glasses. Also, I want to add while I was waiting a few people came in with issues regarding their glasses. One walked in, needed another exam, and was set up for one with not even an hour wait. The other couple people had their frames adjusted or the issues resolved and were out the door satisfied rather fast. I was impressed by their willingness to help customers.
