There wasn’t any wait time. Purpose of visit was to get a new pair of glasses (I had the prescription in hand). After entering the necessary data in the computer, the attendant told me my glasses would be ready in an hour - and they were. Picked them up and they fit nicely

I walked into Eyemart express today to purchase glasses, I have used this company for years. On today I was not acknowledged nor greeted when I approached the service desk. There was two employees speaking amongst themselves maybe about what was on the computer screen. However, they did not look up to greet me and another employee come over after six minutes of being there. This particular employee offered me to look around for frames. Yet, she began to assist someone who walked in after me. I find this to be completely unacceptable as well as inappropriate. I walked away without service not acknowledging that I was leaving the building. I will not patronize a company with poor customer service. Directions

The staff were very attentive and welcoming. My insurance was taking forever to respond and Jasmine took the extra care to call me later with options. The optometrist were great also. All around great experience.

The experience overall took a while but it was cause I needed to get my vision tested and it was made worth it by the fact that I walked out with two beautiful glasses the same day! The wait time on the glasses themselves were less than an hour and I'll definitely be coming back here when I need new ones again. Price for two great glasses were less than 200 without insurance!! Check them out <3. Also Jasmine who took care of us was literally amazing and was so sweet. Have to give her her flowers.

My first time here, but I’ve heard so many good things prior to visiting. Very pleasant atmosphere! They were busy but you could clearly see teamwork! Jasmine helped us check out with our new frames and she was so patient with us! This is my new favorite optical solution for my family.

The wait was a little longer than I was expecting but they seemed to be short staffed that day, so it’s understandable. The doctor was top notch and all the ladies I spoke to at my appointment were very nice and helpful! Both of my glasses were finished in less than 20mins!!! THAT is amazing! Especially given that I live an hour from Augusta, so I loved that I got them the same day. I’ll definitely be back!
