The team at 5775 Airport Blvd Ste 400, Austin, TX 78752 truly went above and beyond to accommodate me, even when I wasn’t the easiest customer to deal with due to the stress of the situation. James from customer service was incredibly patient, professional, and understanding. Thanks to their outstanding service, I had a brand-new pair of glasses in just an hour! I had a very frustrating experience at one of their competitors. When I came in, not only was Carol an absolute angle, but I got two pairs of designer glasses for the price of one pair of ok glasses I was settling for at the other place. Eye Mart is excellent, fast, professional and fashionable. Plus their name is cute.
