Unbelievably quick! I got two sets of frames with lenses and they said it’d be an hour before they were ready. I should have just stayed and browsed for a while because I got a text about 15 minutes later indicating both pairs were ready for pickup! One pair had a scratch on the lens when I returned, but they replaced the lens in just a couple of minutes and I was on my way. Their warranty program has been incredibly valuable to us with two of our small children requiring corrective lenses. My son, a hyperactive 4 year old, has broken, scratched, scuffed, and mangled his glasses countless times over the last 7 months that he’s had them. And Eyemart express has replaced or repaired them quickly every time.

Eyemart Express was great, couldn't of asked for better customer service. They have lots of frames to choose from, I found the perfect ones for me, at a very responsible price. I was able to buy 2 pair of glasses for the price of 1, and they were ready in one hour. Thank you Melissa (at the Bend Eyemart Express), for all your outstanding help! Eyemart Express is awesome, they have the best workers and they really try to make you comfortable and they have the biggest choice of glasses that you would ever need. And they are very very affordable!!! Go to Eyemart Express. Screw these little tiny glasses places in small towns, I'm they'll take you to the cleaners. Eyemart Express is the one to go to.
