We love both the Eyemart Express and the eye doctor office next door. They do a great job getting glasses fixed or new ones made in an hour or less. The employees are friendly and helpful from the moment you walk in the door. My son had to wait a little longer this time due to the lens upgrade we decided on this time, but worth the wait. There’s text messages to notify you when they are ready which is great as a busy mom.

Helpful with getting my glasses. But definitely need a sign up sheet. There was a line , and people getting help out of line, some spoke up others didn't, a couple people left. There were only 2 workers, don't know how many there usually are. The time would of gone by faster if both workers were not chatty chatty. Yes be friendly, but we don't need to know what you did for your birthday, what you cooked last night, your new used car etc... Friendly service but very very slow.
