Greeted as soon as I came into store. Technician explained everything they were doing and even helped me save some money on things on new glasses that were on old ones I didn't need anymore. Like anti glare for night vision, as I don't drive at night anymore. Great experience!!!

It was snowing when I went to get my glasses. They offered one hour service. This was for reading glasses only which they said were free. We told them that we would not be back that day due to the weather and I live 30 minutes away. Me and my husband were charged 49.95 a piece for 1hr service that we did not want or use. We picked up our glasses 2 weeks later.
