I had a wonderful experience once I was able to be seen. Although, the lady at the sliding glass window was extremely rude to me at first and didn't want to initially help, she eventually made it to were I was seen and her whole attitude towards me changed.

Outstanding customer service. The manager greet customers as they enter with a smile, what a great person and personality she has. I purchased two pair of eye glasses and love both pair. The best eye glass place in Jefferson City. It's always good to greet your customers with a smile and she did.😀
