I’ve been looking for a new pair of glasses for a while now and I went in to Eyemart Express on a whim, not expecting much, and ended up trying on glasses for like 3 hours. They had a fantastic selection and great prices and the customer service was stellar. Jade helped me and she was so amazing and patient. I really want to buy a pair of prescription sunglasses from here now.

4 pairs of glasses that they got wrong 3 times then overcharged is by $50 admitted the mistake but refused the refund

I went in and they said the frames I picked were fine and would be done in an hour. I left the store and they called back and said I couldn't get the frames I picked so I had to come back for those glasses and couldn't get the sunglasses I picked at all. The person I worked with didn't know low what they were doing so when I got back they said, well, she's new. We'll, train her then. Absolutely ridiculous.
