Victoria was amazing during the entire process, she was very friendly and knowledgeable. She has an amazing attitude and was very welcoming. I had a negative experience with the lady that helped me the day before so I decided to go somewhere else, after not finding any frames I liked anywhere else i went back the next day , thats when Victoria gave me a totally different experience, she immediately told me about the BOGO special ( the other lady never mentioned it). I'm glad I went back for the frames I loved instead of settling! I also saw Dr.Amy Nguyen for my exam, she was fabulous! I love how soft spoken and sweet she was to My daughter and I. She made us feel at ease and comfortable during the exam. She was patient and didn't make us feel rushed. She answered all my questions thoroughly and was sure to double check we had the perfect prescription! I highly recommend this place of business and asking for these individuals!

I have used Visionmart for as long as i can remember. Out of all my years i have only had one problem, but that was addressed and fix before i ever left the store. The associates are always polite and easy to work with. There is a wait to be fired if need be but that is expected anywhere. I don’t think I’ll ever go anywhere else
