From my initial phone call with Todd yesterday to the visit with Clay today, the customer service at Eyemart Express Monroe is outstanding. Todd was very knowledgeable and patient as I ask for an overview of the the process. Clay was very understanding to my grandma's needs and her delicate state. He was very patient as she tried on several pair of glasses and was very attentive to us during our visit. I am so happy to have found this center and we will certainly return. Thank you both so much for your wonderful personalities!
