i was debating on posting this review but i truly believe it should be, based on company standards, especially when it comes to taking care of customers. a warranty was placed on my glasses due to my frame getting destroyed by my dog and i needed them to be mailed since i don’t live near an eyemart and this is where my glasses were purchased. when my glasses arrived via mail i opened the package and something did not feel right, my frames were bent out of shape and that was due to them being packaged in a soft case instead of a standard hard case. as someone who has been in this industry it is well known that glasses need to be mailed in a hard case due to potential damage with them being shipped. i am highly disappointed since the frame endured damage from improper packaging. i just hope for those that don’t have an eyemart near them after moving out of town this experience does not happen to them as nothing can be done about it.
