They can have your poor quality frames ready same day. Don’t expect them to find your receipt when they break though. Use somewhere else unless you’re desperate.

I cant speak for the the purchase experience of glasses because I buy them elsewhere but the optometrist Roy Gibson has consistently been amazing to work with over the years! He listens to everything and takes the time to get things right. He explains everything in detail and had no problem checking my RX again when I felt that my new prescription wasn't quite right! Very kind and professional!

Very annoyed. Ordered contacts. I remember who I talked to. Her face and everything. They messed up my order then tried to gaslight me into saying it was a whole different place. No 🙃 don’t gaslight or be rude to your customers for your mistakes

Because of a recent surgery on my eyes I needed prescription glasses immediately for help to see. The staff were great! They said it would take an hour to complete my glasses. Completed in 25 minutes. I was so very pleased. Price and precision of my glasses was perfect. I will definitely go to them again when needed.

The Lady that assisted me with glasses was very professional and knowledgeable. I appreciate that she was open to helping me decide on glasses cause it's really hard to tell what they look like on cause I couldn't see to choose . When I went back to pickup glasses I really liked them. So thank you .
