I bought two pairs of glasses from them last year and was told there was a warranty I went into the store today because I had lines on both the lenses and wanted them replaced. The First Lady said my warranty was expired and I asked how much it would be to replace the lenses I told her the lady who sold them told me there was a warranty. She never gave me the price to replace the lenses but would check with her manager to see if she could do anything for me. The manager who is a blonde with a lot of tattoos on her hands came out with an attitude. She stated you got them a year ago I said yes but the lines happened maybe two months ago. She said no you have to buy them I stated the whole glasses I just want new lenses. I then asked her if she had a problem she started yelling saying get out get out I asked for her name and she yelled get out now. I called the store and she is claiming she is the general manager. I called corporate and want the recoded footage watched I was racially discriminated against not once did I get loud or yell and I will follow up with this matter even if I have to seek a attorney for the treatment and humiliation I experienced. I never was quoted a replacement fee which I asked two times. With my job I couldn’t act in a manner that would hurt my position but the pain and suffering I am experiencing now because of the humiliation is unacceptable. I am giving corporate a chance to make this right or I have to seek some type of counsel. Please watch the video footage. Any person of color do not go to this establishment u til she is gone. Blonde with a lot of tattoos.

January 2025 They remade my glasses 3 times, still not right, will never go back. I have used eyemart express at least ten times in the past with mixed results, I believe the prescription the eye doctor gave me was wrong and rather than doing a second check they ended up giving me glasses with an old prescription just so I would stop bothering them. I’m not fussy but I literally could not read with the new prescription and glasses they sold me. Never again, I would rather wait a week or two and get them someplace else. Buyer beware of this place.
