My first time going to Eyemart Express. Not along wait and found and ordered 2 pair of glasses. Mike was very pleasant and helpful. Received both pair in a week. My only complaint was the pick up. I feel they could use more/better customer interaction, like sitting down with me, making sure I can see well including reading! That one on one is important to make sure everything’s okay. Not just cleaning the glasses and asking if you can see okay! My glasses could’ve used a little tweaking and I can’t read with one of the pair of glasses, which means I have to take another trip down there, and I’m about 1/2 hour away.

This is where my family goes. Everyone is knowledgeable and friendly and you get you glasses quickly and it’s worth the cost of warranty. Get free frames when the ones I have break!

Fastest place to get a new pair of prescription glasses online and they do great quality work. You will have them made and sent in a few days vs weeks from other places. I also visited the store in Maine in the past and the team was extremely friendly and helpful.

My only regret is not coming here sooner. After a great experience getting new glasses for myself, I brought my mom in and we were not disappointed. They have a great selection at great prices (aka - the same glasses as everywhere else but without the crazy markup). This time we were helped by Mike M and he was awesome; professional, honest, informative, and personable. The whole process was faster and all around better than any I've had getting glasses in the 15+ years I've been wearing them. Thank you, Eyemart team!
