It was a brief wait before I reached an advisor. She was professional, alert, and very helpful. She looked up my previous visits, telling me what I bought the last time. This time, I am not getting tri-focals due to successful eye surgery. I picked out the frames; she found the proper lenses; I paid the bill and left. 48 minutes later, I received a text saying the glasses were ready. The entire process was less than an hour and a half.
