My first experience with Eyemart Express was GREAT. 😊 I have never been before, and did not know that they could be SO busy. Even with ALL the customers and being short staffed for the day, CRYSTAL did NOT rush me out. She walked with me, she helped me find my style by asking me questions. When we were getting to the payment part and discussing cost... She made not one, but TWO trips to grab me frames similar to what I had but cheaper. She was GREAT. She never made me feel bad, and never made me feel like I was taking too long. Great customer service.
