The eyeglass exam was good but as for customer care they suck I've bought 4 pair of glasses from them . The first time it took over a month to get glasses because they kept screwing up the script This tome I ordered glasses and told her I wanted the same script transition with no line bifocals scratch and glare coating but order the transition as clear not dark now then want me to pay another $100 for glasses they screwed up.they suck

Had a prescription from an independent optometrist that my insurance didn't cover frames and lenses for. Went to another place that did. Told me 2 weeks for delivery. Called in 2 weeks. Told me my insurance wouldn't cover. But he could order for $270. No thanks. Called Vision 4 Less and my insurance would cover them. Stop in a 4 pm. Associate was very knowledgeable. Helped me pick out frames. Just awesome. Asked how long it would be? She said it should be about an hour. Got an email 57 minutes later. Picked up at 5 pm. Are you kidding me? Would never go anywhere else!

About two weeks ago, I was disappointed to learn they don't accept my vision insurance. The glasses were still about $100 cheaper than another national brand and the service here is exemplary. These kind ladies never seem to have a bad day.
