I was in with a broken out of date frames. Mya was very pleasant once I entered, greeted me with a hello and welcome “ how may I help you “ I told her my story and why I was in. She went right to work to find a replace frame. The first frame she picked out was correct to fit my lens. Even though she thought it wasn’t going to work after trying to heat the frame up. Mya started digging deep in the extra frame drawers. Out comes Layne, he as well greeted me. I told him what had brought me in. He took out the other lens and started assisting Mya. Mya told him she has black frames on the corner. She couldn’t get them to fit my lens. Layne gave it a try and sure enough he was able to get them to fit. Of course, I joked that Mya loosened the frame up so Layne could get them to fit. I’ve have been to Vision 4 Less in Ames many of times. After all said and done they got my bedroom glasses fixed! Mya told me that my new frames will fall under warranty for another year!! I was thrown back, I repeated what she said. And Mya replied yes Great to know there’s businesses that still provide over the top and going out of there way customer service. Thanks Mya and Layne

Great culture. Mature staff who knew their stuff. Easy to browse and I found some great news glasses. Done very quickly as well.

I had GREAT service at Vision 4 Less and will recommend them to my friends and family. I got two pair of glasses for a lot less than I was quoted before and they are bifocals. Debra was very helpful and informative. My glasses were ready in under an hour. I am one very happy customer.

My glasses are very old. I had a lens pop out and they were very friendly and very helpful. They were able to fix my glasses and could not have been nicer.
