Usually come here because my insurance covers more. When my husband came, he said she was very helpful. Made sure everything was good to go even when picking up his glasses. I came was put with a person. She started rushing and complained she was going on lunch. Told me the only female glasses where on the one wall only. So I walked over there. The rep called over saying a different person was going to take over and was gone. After a bit of looking, I asked 2 people if the wall was only it and more assistance. I was told the area was only for females and no further assistance. Finally picked out 2 pairs and updated my contact information. When i picked up my glasses they were not sitting right and the prongs were wrong. I didn't get much assistance for getting them to set. I left went home. Come to find out the one frame is completely bent making them sit crooked. Now I need to find the time to bring them in and hope I can get them fixed. I also noticed there was another area with female glasses that was not told to me when I asked multiple times for assistance looking over the frame selections. Now I have to wait 2 yrs for insurance coverage for more frames. I did recently speak to a rep about that day. Very bland, say one thing then another, just didn't care. Told me, well I am not a customer so I don't know.

The girl that helped me to pick out my glasses was really helpful and nice. The service from the lab was not good.. It took 14 days to get my glasses. My husband was got some at the same time and his were done 5 days soon. You advertise one hour glasses not 14 days. I have coming to eye mart for over 20 years. This Is the worst they have every did. I will be looking for a new place to have my glasses done.

Jasmine was great to work with. Offered many suggestions and answered all my questions. She was patient while she found me the best deal by comparing my coupons.

They were a true blessing with helping us get my daughter’s glasses. We had issues with insurance and they helped in every way possible to get us out of the door that day with her glasses. Forever thankful for them.
