Victoria exhibits a high level of rudeness and disrespect. During the explanation of your eye insurance plan, she adopts a condescending tone and makes a point of belittling you. It is important to note that she can be spiteful and will likely continue to provoke you. My glasses were ready by 3:30 PM, yet when I inquired about the prolonged wait at 5:40 PM, she hesitated to provide the phone number she had recorded for me and instead offered a completely different number that was nowhere near mine. If possible, avoid her and seek assistance from another associate.
