Terrible customer service. I walk in and am told by an employee, who is just sitting there, to sign in so I dont get skipped. I already had frames picked out and on hold, just needed to finalize my order. Someone comes in after me and signs in, just for an employee to immediately start helping them. It might sound minor, but it's a big deal when you have little kids and find a babysitter so your kids don't terrorize the store and so I can get much needed new glasses in peace just to NOT be able to do so because of incompetent employees who don't know how their own waiting list works. I don't have time for that and my family will be getting glasses elsewhere from now on!

Thank you Mary @ Eastgate Eyemart you are awesome I went in 30 minutes before closing to fill my prescription from Pearl vision. I asked her if she could give me a price and told her they were giving me a price of 543.00 "their best deal" with my insurance and without me picking a frame. Mary had me pick frames and I walked out with 2 pairs of glasses with warranty with my insurance for 139.00 all in 30 min and right before closing.Mary saved we 400.00 she was so helpful and a godsend. Thank you Mary I appreciate you. You need more employees like Mary.

The staff is amazing! They took the time to fully explain my options and changes in my prescription. And I absolutely loved the woman that helped me pick the new glasses out!! Best experience ever at the eye doctor!
